How is the estimated delivery date calculated?
Shipping is faster than listed for most locations. Most order processing time is 1-5 days. Some order processing times are 5-7 days, this is an estimate based on the items you order and the shipping speed you choose. This schedule takes weekends into account as items will not be manufactured, shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
While we do provide a fair timeline for when you can expect to receive your order, delays such as inclement weather, regulations, and order volume may affect these timelines.
Do you ship to anywhere in the world?
Yes, we are located in HongKong and support shipping to most countries, except for a few countries (some remote areas/islands). Our main carriers are YunExpress, Standard Air Express. But if shipping is not possible in your area, it needs to be shipped via FedEx/DHL, and you need to pay additional shipping costs. If you do not want to pay additional shipping costs, you can also choose to cancel the order.
Please check your country’s guidelines to ensure you enter all required information in your shipping address. This may include VAT number, recipient name, phone number, email etc.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we support delivery to post office boxes/collection points; but you need to provide your real email address and phone number so that the courier can contact you to pick up the package in time to avoid the package being returned/discarded.
If the package is lost, all losses will be borne by yourself.
What happens if I reject the package?
We work hard to ensure that your package and all items arrive in perfect condition. If there are any issues with your order, please accept your package and return the package to us by contacting us at [email protected];
If you refuse a package without our instructions, you will be responsible for all costs.
I provided the wrong address, how do I fix this?
If you order using the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make corrections before your order ships.
After your order is shipped, we will not be able to modify the information for you, and all losses to the package will be borne by you; however, post offices in some countries support changing addresses. You can try to contact the postman to modify the address information for you when the package arrives at your local post office.
How much does customs charge for international parcels?
For EU countries, I will charge customs duties in advance on the order, and the package will be released automatically after it reaches the customs; customers in other countries need to pay the customs fees for international packages by themselves, so please be sure to fill in your mobile phone number and tax declaration-related information.
I ordered more than one item. Will they be shipped at the same time?
We do our best to ensure that all of your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always shipped together as different shipping options are available depending on the product; if you need them shipped at the same time, please contact me promptly.
What do I need to do when the product I receive is different from what I ordered?
Please contact customer support at [email protected]. We will give you a satisfactory solution.
How to use the product and what are the steps?
1. Use our wet wipes to clean the area where you want to apply the tattoo, then wipe it dry with a dry towel.
2. Prepare the tattoo, remove the tattoo sticker from the package, remove the protective film, and tear off the white protective film on the back of the tattoo.
3. Apply the tattoo and apply the tattoo to the desired position. Press the tattoo firmly to keep it close to the skin.
4. Remove the top transparent film and tear off the transparent top film of the tattoo.
